Discovery Call
We hop on a short call to get to know each other, talk through your vision in detail, and make sure we are the right fit. This is where your ideas start to take real shape.
Come with inspiration, come with questions, or come with nothing at all. By the end of the call we will have a clear direction and a plan that feels like you.

The Proposal
Within a few days you will receive a custom proposal outlining your suite options, pricing, and timeline. Everything is built specifically around your wedding, your aesthetic, and your budget.
Nothing is templated, nothing is rushed. You will know exactly what you are getting and exactly what to expect before anything moves forward.

Design
Once you approve the proposal and your deposit is in, the creative work begins. You will receive initial concepts to review, and we refine together until every single detail feels exactly right.
This is a collaborative process and your feedback is always welcome. Most clients go through two to three rounds of revisions before we land on something that genuinely takes their breath away.

Your Approval
Before anything goes to print you will receive a detailed final digital proof of your complete suite. This is your opportunity to review every word, every layout, every finishing touch, and every small detail with complete confidence.
Nothing moves to production until you have given your full approval and feel completely at ease.

Production & Printing
Your suite goes into production with our trusted print partners who specialize in fine art and luxury stationery.
Every piece is carefully printed on the papers and materials we selected together, finished by hand where needed, and quality checked before it ever leaves the studio. This is where everything becomes real.

Delivery
Your finished suite arrives at your door beautifully packaged, protected, and ready to send. Every envelope, every insert, every detail accounted for and wrapped with the same care that went into designing it.
All that is left is dropping them in the mail and watching your guests fall in love before they even arrive at the ceremony.

Each custom five-piece suite features a main invitation card that beautifully showcases your custom artwork and sets the tone for your celebration. It includes an RSVP card and coordinating envelope styled to ensure your guests' responses arrive in matching elegance, alongside a details card fully tailored to host guest information, a timeline, or a custom-illustrated map. Serving as the elegant first look for your guests, a beautiful outer envelope protects and frames the entire collection.
